Pete Coales - Technical Director

Previous Experience: A software development professional with over 20 years experience

  • Technical lead for design and build of complex systems in both the commercial and education sectors
  • Development of server and client-server architecture in a variety of programming languages
  • Extensive customer relation experience
  • Experience of working with large internal and client teams involving consultants, designers and developers
  • Responsible for complete project life-cycle from requirements gathering to support
  • Responsibility for achievement of timescales and maintaining product quality

Peter Ford - Operations Director

Previous Experience:

An IT and training professional with 27 years experience in IT outsourcing

  • Public and Commercial sector experience
  • Project management and consultancy 
  • External supplier management 
  • Hands-on experience of supporting change, including integrating staff under TUPE
  • Responsibility for P&L, budgeting and forecasting
  • Branding, design, content creation and delivery of training materials, procedures and supporting websites
  • Management of large teams of training staff, located across the UK, delivering up to 6000 delegate training days per annum
  • Development of training programmes for clients and internal staff, including e-learning and Learning Management Systems
